Hydraulic Cylinder production
Hydraulic cylinders and seals are used to lift beds and winches, operate presses, and to push, support, and press heavy loads. Hydraulic cylinders are linear actuators that provide back-and-forth movement when they are under pressure. They are often used in manufacturing, process handling, recycling, and agricultural machinery, and in mining and other industries where electrical or air tools can cause sparking. Hydraulic seals keep fluid from leaking out of the chamber and prevent dirt from contaminating the fluid to extend the service life of the cylinder and ensure cylinders are operating at capacity.
A differential cylinder acts like a normal cylinder when pulling. If the cylinder however has to push, the oil from the piston rod side of the cylinder is not returned to the reservoir but goes to the bottom side of the cylinder. In such a way, the cylinder goes much faster, but the maximum force the cylinder can give is like a plunger cylinder. A differential cylinder can be manufactured like a normal cylinder, and only a special control is added.
