Causes of piston roughening of Wangyuan breaker

The power source of Wangyuan breaker is the pressure oil provided by the pump station of the excavator or loader, which can more effectively clean up the floating stones and the soil in the rock gaps during the excavation of the building foundation. There are roughly five reasons for the roughening of the piston of Wangyuan Breaker:

1. The hydraulic oil is not clean

If impurities are mixed in the oil, as soon as these impurities are wedged into the gap between the piston and the cylinder, it can cause strain. This kind of strain has the following characteristics: generally there are groove marks with a depth of more than 0.1mm, the number is small, and its length is approximately equal to the stroke of the piston.

2. The gap between the piston and the cylinder is too small

This situation often occurs when replacing a new piston. If the gap is too small, the Hydraulic Hammer is working, and the gap changes with the increase of oil temperature. At this time, the piston and cylinder are easy to cause strain. Its characteristics are: the depth of the drawing mark is shallow, the area is large, and its length is approximately equal to the stroke of the piston.

3. The hardness value of the piston and cylinder is low

The piston is subjected to external force during movement, and the surface hardness of the piston and the cylinder is low, which is prone to strain. Its characteristics are: shallow depth and large area.

4. The guide sleeve of the drill rod fails

It is characterized in that the area of the strain is large, about 1/3 of the area of the cylinder, and the trace of the strain is short, equal to the displacement of the drill rod.

5. Improper repair method

Not only can it cause strain on the piston and cylinder, but it can even cause more serious consequences.
