Hydraulic Breaker cylinder

Cryogenic treatment after heat treatment of the cylinder and piston greatly improves the strength and wear resistance of the cylinder and reduces the chance of strain. 2. Cylinder grinding adopts CNC vertical grinding machine to ensure the coaxiality of the cylinder and reduce the chance of strain during work. 3. The cylinder body is tested by three coordinates, and the main engine is assembled after all are qualified. After the assembly is completed, carry out the impact test, and strictly check whether it is qualified, and then leave the factory.
