At the same time, it borrows the principle of the new 400t single-cylinder hydraulic press hydraulic system and further optimizes: 1 will be set centrally. The slide valve is changed to the cartridge valve hydraulic station; 2 is filled with a large diameter CF1-H125 type liquid filling valve to the double cylinder; 3 the 63SCY14-1B manual variable type is changed to 63YCY14-1B pressure compensation variable displacement piston pump The system power is reduced from 40kW to 22kWD. The system has no-load unloading and reversing pressure-removing oil circuit, so the system runs smoothly and the noise is low.
The hydraulic station with cartridge valve has compact structure, small volume, flexible and reliable action, less leakage and low noise. The main components (spool, valve sleeve and pilot valve) are versatile and interchangeable, and the system is easy to install and maintain.
The high-position fuel tank is used, and the liquid filling valve is quickly filled into the double-cylinder. The idle and return speeds are increased from the original 30m/min to 80m/min. The pressure-compensated variable displacement piston pump is used to pressurize the workpiece when the slider is pressed. The speed of action is gradually increased with the gradual increase of the working pressure, and it is easy to operate.
The layout of the system components is reasonable and beautiful. The sealing parts are all made of plate flanges with 0-type sealing rings, which are easy to install and have good sealing effect.
The electric control is simple and easy to operate. There are 3 oil pumps in the original system. After the transformation, only one unit is used (the total motor power is reduced from the original 53kW to 22kW), saving 38.5%. Since the transformation in July 1995, it has been working normally. Reliable, no failure in the hydraulic system.
