1. All hydraulic components must be tested for pressure and sealing, and can be installed after passing the test.

2. Various automatic control instruments should be checked before installation to avoid mistakes.

3. When the Hydraulic Pump is installed, its rotation direction and inlet and outlet ports should meet the technical requirements.

4. The oil absorption height of all kinds of hydraulic pumps is generally less than 0.5mm.

5. The deviation of the hydraulic pump drive shaft and the motor drive shaft should be less than 0.1 mm, and the flexible coupling is generally used.

6. It is not allowed to directly drive the pump shaft to rotate with the tape, so as to prevent the pump shaft from being subjected to excessive radial force, which affects the normal operation of the pump.

7. When installing various control valves, pay attention to the orientation of the oil inlet and return port.

8. When installing the valve parts with flanges, the screws cannot be tightened too tightly, and too tight may cause poor sealing.

9. Install the Hydraulic Cylinder should be firm and reliable. To prevent the thermal expansion, when the stroke is large and the temperature is high, one end of the cylinder must remain floating.

10. The sealing ring of the hydraulic cylinder should not be too tight, especially the U-shaped ring, so as to avoid excessive resistance.
