After many years of application development, the lifting column has been expanded into various styles. The main classification is a pneumatic automatic lifting column: air as a driving medium, through the external pneumatic power unit, the driving cylinder rises and falls. Hydraulic lifting column: hydraulic oil as the driving medium. There are two control modes, that is, the external hydraulic power unit (the drive part is separated from the cylinder) or the built-in hydraulic unit power unit (the drive part is placed inside the cylinder) to drive the cylinder up and down.
The hydraulic lifting column is a built-in lifting cylinder inside the micro hydraulic system. The system is connected with a gear pump and a fuel tank through a connecting block of an integrated valve member, and then assembled with the integrated Hydraulic Cylinder to form a complete micro hydraulic system. . Completed the complete conversion process of electric energy-mechanical energy-hydraulic energy-mechanical energy, realizing the micro-electromechanical and hydraulic integrated system, and then installing the hydraulic system through the structural components in the lifting column body, so that each hydraulic lifting column is an independent The unit has the following advantages compared to the use of a central hydraulic power station drive and electromechanical drive:
1. There is no need to lay underground hydraulic pipelines, and the installation cost is low.
2. Since there is no underground hydraulic pipeline laying, only the cylinders with problems need to be repaired during the inspection, and the internal zero-components can be easily taken out for maintenance and maintenance.
Hydraulic lifting column system consists of:
1. The buried road pile equipment is mainly composed of three parts: the lifting column body, the hydraulic transmission station and the electric control part:
Column: welded by 304 national standard stainless steel (seamless steel pipe), with high strength bearing and anti-collision ability; no electrical, line setting, waterproof and safe in the column. The device is embedded in the driveway or at a designated location on the gate, and the vehicle is restricted by the instructions of the duty officer.
2. Hydraulic transmission station: The hydraulic transmission station is mainly composed of fuel tank, manual oil pump, complete hydraulic solenoid valve group, high-power motor, oil pump, oil cylinder, oil meter, high-pressure hydraulic oil pipe, etc. It is the power source of the whole roadblock system. On the side of the lifting column, it is used together with the lifting column (the rising and falling speed can be changed by the regulating valve). The power can be manually lowered or lowered manually.
3. Electronic control system: automatic electronic control part: PLC control main board, leakage switch, non-contact noise, high life contactor and other precision starting time setting (the impact force generated after the anti-cylinder stroke is in place increases the service life of the cylinder) column.
Hydraulic lifting column installation and commissioning requirements:
1. Digging the foundation pit:
Dig the foundation pit, foundation pit size and length according to the product dimensions, and determine the size according to the site conditions:
Width: 600---800mm;
Depth: 1400mm (including 300mm water seepage layer).
2. Do the seepage layer:
After mixing with sand and gravel, it will be padded up from the bottom of the foundation pit to make a 300mm water-permeable layer. The water-permeable layer will be flattened and compacted to prevent the equipment from sinking. (If the conditions are available, you can choose gravel below 10mm, you can use no sand.) Choose whether to drain according to the geographical situation.
3, remove the product outer tube leveling:
Use the inner hexagon to remove the outer barrel of the product, place it on the water-permeable layer, adjust the horizontalness of the outer barrel, and make the upper surface of the outer tube slightly higher than the ground plane by 3~5mm. The outer tube is welded with steel bars to prevent tilting.
4, pre-embedded line pipe:
The conduit is pre-buried according to the position of the outlet hole reserved on the surface of the outer tub. The diameter of the threading pipe is determined according to the number of lifting columns. Under normal circumstances, the cable required for each lifting column has a 3*1.5 power cord and a 2*0.75 pressure relief solenoid valve control line, if there is a light strip, such as More than one 2*0.5 power cord is used. The specific use should be determined before construction according to the customer's needs and power distribution.
5, debugging:
Connect the circuit to the device, perform the ascending and descending operations, observe the rise and fall of the device, adjust the lifting height of the device, and check whether the device has oil leakage.
6, fixed equipment, pouring:
Put the equipment into the pit, backfill the appropriate amount of sand, fix the equipment with the stone, and then slowly and evenly pour the C40 concrete until it is level with the upper surface of the equipment.
