How to use hammer type feed mill

Hammer-type feed mill is a machine that uses high-speed rotating hammers to crush the feed. It has the advantages of simple structure, good versatility, high productivity and safe use. It has been widely used in food and feed crushing. The 9F-45, 9FQ-50 and 9FQ-50B crushers are commonly used. In order to extend its service life and ensure safe production, improve production efficiency and job quality, operators must master the scientific use methods:
1. The crusher should be fixed on the cement foundation. If the work place is frequently changed, the crusher and the motor are to be mounted on a stand made of angle iron. If the crusher is powered by a diesel engine, the power of the two should be matched, that is, the diesel engine power is slightly greater than the crusher power, and the pulley grooves of the two are the same. The outer end face of the pulley should be on the same plane.
2. Before starting the machine, you must check whether the connecting bolts of the various parts of the unit are tight, whether the tightness of the drive belt is proper and whether the power cable is good. Whether the motor shaft and the shredder axis are parallel.
3, check the hammer is good, whether the aperture of the sieve is appropriate, whether damaged. Drag the belt by hand to check whether the spindle rotation is flexible, whether there is card, touch, or friction.
4. After turning on the machine, make the equipment idly run for 2-3 minutes. Check if the rotor steering is correct and the sound is normal. It can work only if it rotates smoothly at the rated speed.
5, work should always pay attention to the operation of the grinder, feed should be uniform, to prevent blocking boring cars, do not work long hours overload. If there is vibration, noise, high temperature of the bearing and the body, spraying of material outside, etc., it is necessary to immediately stop the inspection and remove the fault before continuing to work.
6, crushing the material should be carefully checked, not mixed with stones, metal and other foreign bodies, so as not to damage the machine.
7. When the machine is in operation, the operator must not leave the unit or disassemble the machine during operation to observe the working conditions in the crushing room. The maintenance tools must not be placed on the machine or packing.
8, the operator does not wear gloves, when the blockage occurs, it is forbidden to put his hand into the filling bucket, feeding should stand on the side of the grinder, to prevent rebound debris hit the face.
9. Do not stop the machine immediately after the work is completed. It should be idling for 2-3 minutes so that the machine can completely discharge the materials. After the shutdown, cleaning and maintenance work should be carried out.
10. Hammer is the main wearing part. After wear, both the change of edges and corners in the same direction or the change of edges and corners of the head must be changed at the same time. When replacing the new hammer, the entire hammer must be replaced at the same time. A single hammer cannot be used. Replace old ones with new ones. The screen is also a consumable part. If some of the screens are damaged, they can be riveted. If there is serious damage, new screens must be replaced.
11. After 300 hours of crusher operation, clean bearings and replace oil. When parking for a long time, the belt should be removed.
