Hammer feed mill use precautions

(1) The size of the power (n) used with the power machinery should be determined based on the capacity (q) of the crusher. It should not be too large or too small. Generally should be calculated as follows: n = (6.4--10.5) q. The unit of n is kilowatts, and the unit of q is tons/hour. If it is required to smash finer, the value of the coefficient may be larger. If the smashing is required to be coarser, the value of the coefficient may be smaller. After the calculation result comes out, choose according to the actual power of the electric motor again, it is not high to be low, if the result of calculation is about 6 kilowatts, choose 7.5 kilowatt electric motor, can't use 5.5 kilowatts. (b) The spindle speed (n is expressed in revolutions per minute) must meet the requirements in the specification, otherwise the hammer speed will be low because of the low speed of the hammer, which will result in a decline in production capacity. However, the higher the spindle speed is, the better, the high vibration of the machine is too high, the noise is increased, the mechanical parts are easily damaged, and accidents may occur. In order to achieve a certain speed, mainly rely on the exchange of the motor and adjust the rotating device. (3) The crusher should be installed on a solid concrete foundation or a steel stand to prevent it from vibrating, causing mechanical damage, or even accidents. When the belt drive is installed, the centerline of the pulley of the motor and the pulley of the shredder must be aligned in a vertical plane, and the two spindles must be parallel to prevent the belt from being pulled off and affect the normal transmission. 1. Hammer screen clearance. If the gap is too large, the chance of the feed being hit by the hammer will be reduced, and the circulation speed of the feed on the screen surface will be slow. The outer layer of the circumfluence layer will be a large-grained feed, preventing the feed of small particles from passing through the screen holes, leading to the failure of the discharge. Smooth; the gap is too small, although the opportunity for the feed to be hit by the hammer increases, but the velocity of the circumfluence layer is too fast, the fine feed is not easily discharged from the sieve hole, and the residence time of the feed in the crushing room is increased, and the feed is crushed too finely. Can not reach the granularity requirements. The optimum hammer screen gap for general grain feeds is 4--6 millimeters and for straw is 10-14 millimeters. 2. Mesh hole diameter. In the case of meeting the needs of livestock and poultry and standard requirements, the larger the sieve diameter of the sieve, the better. The production capacity can be increased, the finished product particles are even and the powder is small. 3. Hammer wear. When the sharp corner of the hammer wears over 1/2 of its width, it should be trimmed, turned around, or replaced with a new one. When replacing hammers, they should not change the original arrangement and reduce or increase the number of pieces. They should not only replace part of the hammers. The quality of the hammers between the groups should not be too great. The quality of the two sets of hammers must not be too bad. More than 5 grams so as not to cause unbalance and strong vibration when the machine is running. 4. When the straw is crushed by the machine, the initial cutting device is installed at the feeding port. The gap between the fixed knife and the movable knife should be between 2 and 4 mm. 5. When the drive belt is installed or after working for a period of time, check its tightness. The tightness is to press the middle of the transmission belt with your hand, and the arc height is preferably 18-25 mm. The tightness adjustment of the drive belt can be achieved by changing the relative position of the motor and the shredder. (5) Metal chips, nails, stones, etc. must not be mixed in the crushed feed to avoid breaking the hammer and rotor. The moisture content in the feed should generally be less than 15%. If the moisture content is too high, the feed is not easily broken. (6) Check carefully before starting the machine. In particular, it is necessary to check whether high-speed moving parts such as hammers are firmly and reliably installed. Inspect the cotter pin on the hammer pin shaft and replace it if it is excessively worn or broken off. Check whether the main bearing lubricating oil is sufficient. Generally, it is necessary to refuel 1 time before each shift to ensure that the main bearing is lubricated and reliable. Check for any foreign matter in the crushing chamber. Rotate the pulley by hand to check if the rotation of the rotor is flexible. There should be no abnormal conditions such as bumps and friction noise. Check whether the installation of the sieve is firm and leakproof. Check that the motor wiring is correct and secure. (7) When the above items are all in good condition, switch on the power again and check whether the rotation of the motor is normal. Then, see if the turning direction of the pulverizer is the same as in the instruction manual. Otherwise, any two power sources that are connected to the motor should be turned on. The line will be corrected. After turning on the machine for 1-2 minutes, confirm that there is no abnormality and then feed. Feeding must be uniform, not too much or too little, such as feeding too much, not only crushing effect is not good, hindered the rotation of the rotor, but also increased the motor load, so that the bearing and motor overheated, or even burned. If abnormal noises, abnormal odors, discharge jams, overheating of the bearings and the motor are found during work, feeds should be stopped, power failures checked, and used after troubleshooting. (8) After the work is completed, the machine should be allowed to idle for 2 - 3 minutes so that all the feed in the machine can be discharged before shutting down. The inside and outside of the machine should be cleaned. In particular, the dust on the motor housing should be removed in time to avoid affecting the heat dissipation. After 200 hours of operation, the crusher should remove the main bearing and clean it once, and then add lubricating oil. If the downtime is long, the drive belt should be removed to prevent the belt from stretching.
