The outer surface of the hydraulic valve block is the mounting base of the hydraulic valve type component, and the inside is the arrangement space of the orifice.

The six faces of the hydraulic valve block form a collection of hydraulic system mounting surfaces.

Usually the bottom surface is not mounted with components, but as a superimposed surface with the fuel tank or other valve blocks.

In the actual installation of the hydraulic system, the installation angle of the hydraulic valve is usually at a right angle for the convenience of installation and operation.

Are you aware of the functions of the six surfaces on the hydraulic valve block? The following Dalan hydraulic small series for some functions to share, for reference only.

1, top and bottom

The top surface and the bottom surface of the hydraulic valve block are superimposed joint surfaces, and the surface is provided with a common pressure port P, a common return port O, a leak port L, and four bolt holes.

2, front, back and right side

1 front

a, installation of directional valves, such as electromagnetic reversing valves, check valves, etc.;

b. When the pressure valve and flow valve are not installed on the right side, they should be installed in front for adjustment.

2 behind

Install components such as directional valves that are not adjusted.

3 right side

a. Install frequently adjusted components, and have pressure control valves: relief valve, pressure reducing valve, sequence valve, etc.;

b. Flow control valves: throttle valves, speed control valves, etc.

3, the left side

On the left side, there are output ports for connecting actuators, external pressure points and other auxiliary ports: accumulator oil holes, and spare pressure relay oil holes.
