2. The cooling effect of the cooler is reduced to warm the oil.

The cooling effect of the system heating cooler is reduced, which may be caused by the following reasons:

4. Increased internal leakage can increase oil temperature. The internal leakage of the hydraulic system includes the internal leakage of the Hydraulic Pump, the Hydraulic Cylinder, the hydraulic motor and the hydraulic valve. During the leakage process, the pressure drops and the temperature rises. If the internal leakage of the system increases, the oil temperature will rise and the system will overheat. In severe cases, the system pressure will drop, the pumping will be weak, the pumping displacement will be reduced, the stirring will be weak, and the stirring speed will decrease.

Solution: Regularly inspect these components, replace the corresponding sealing components regularly, replace or repair damaged or strained parts in time, and even replace the corresponding Hydraulic Components to avoid system heating caused by component leakage.
